DESCRIPTION - from the game
The object of Time The Game is to achieve seven different decade cards
on your side of the playing board (black side of cards up).  A) First
acquire decade cards as you land and you progress around the game
board.  B) Correctly answer questions and earn points.  C) When you
have earned 60 points or more, return your points and turn over your
decade card to show other players that you have achieved that decade.  
D) The first player to achieve all seven decade cards is the winner!
