| DESCRIPTION In Strategy Rummy game each player is dealt seven cards and everyone antes one chip into the pot, then play proceeds as follows: 1) Draw a card, 2) Discard a card, 3) Place a meld or lay off cards onto the vinyl table cloth, and 4) Ask for bets from opponents.
