Popeye your favorite sailor, and his pals have a fun-to-play card game for you with
a very special twist. . . the object of the game changes from winning the most tricks
yo can in the High Game to losing the most tricks you can in the Low Game.  The
Dealer always decides which game is to be played.  You are awarded points after
each game is played only if you have won or lost a specific number of tricks.
Capture the one and only Spinach Card, however, and you'll win a point for it alone!
