DESCRIPTION
This simple game is without a die, cards, etc. Players move one
square at a time, or jump over other players to reach the boat of
the same color which is waiting at one of 4 docks.  This game gets
interesting because every time a player gets a man into his the boat
docking position moves clockwise for all of the boats creating a
new situation for all  players.
