DESCRIPTION
The object of Auctioneer game is to be the player with the most money
after all the merchandise cards are auctioned off.  There are 48 merchandise
cards, each having a picture of one of the fifteen types of merchandise.  Each
type of merchandise has three types of cards, each valued at $10, $50 and
$100. Each player starts the game with $500 and three merchandise cards.
